All items ordered through my website are filled as quickly as possible and receive my individual attention.

Turnaround time on items from my website is typically 2 weeks, usually shorter, occasionally longer. Items that take more than 2 weeks are noted in their description.

Please do not hesitiate to contact me if you have a question of concern about ship times. I will usually respond within hours.

When you place an order:

• Please let me know if any special requests you have in the "include a note to Whitney" box when you checkout through PayPal . I will confirm all of your requests when I send you a confirmation email.
• Expect two weeks for your order to ship.
• Check your confirmation email for your estimated ship date. If you do not receive a confirmation within 48 hours, email me and let me know your order has not been confirmed.
• Special requests and orders are great, please contact me for custom orders.

Shipping notes:

• Domestic order are shipped via FedEx, post office boxes via USPS Priority Mail. Transit times are 1-5 business days, depending on your location. See FedEx transit times. I ship from zip code 94606.
• International orders are shipped via USPS. Standard transit time is 6-10 days.
• You will receive a tracking number when your order ships. This is your confirmation that your order is on its way to you!
